Hey guys! My name is Tiffany Garza, I’m a personal trainer and fitness instructor, and most recently a newlywed to my best friend. My fitness journey began after attending a friend’s bodybuilding show — I was inspired by the training and discipline it takes for athletes to prepare for a show. At the same time, I was amazed at how graceful and strong the women were on stage. Soon after that, I made the decision to hire a personal trainer and nutritionist to work towards my first bikini competition. Since then, I have competed in three competitions where I’ve placed twice overall. Years later I accepted a position at a gym to work in the kids club in hopes of one day becoming a trainer. In less than a month in, I was given the opportunity to start my process to become a professional trainer and teach group classes. I am now a certified trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine with a speciality in barre, which also happens to be my favorite class! The twenty years of dance experience combined with my knowledge in training is what sets my program apart from others. I love helping women look and feel their absolute best! I believe it’s never too late to get started on your fitness journey. My vision for FITTIF is to allow women to come together just as they are and build a strong community of support as they begin or continue their fitness journey. FITTIF will provide a variety of morning classes to help you start the day off right. Working out should be FUN! Working out should also be empowering, motivating, and help you realize your own strengths, as well as challenge you to become the best version of yourself.

I have never really been one for exercising or eating healthy. I was very fortunate when I was younger that I was thin and healthy. However, as I have gotten older I never adjusted my diet and as a result I began to put on weight. Eventually, I got to the point where I was heavier than I wanted to be and just didn’t feel healthy. I knew that I would not have the discipline to stay motivated on my own and needed someone to keep me on track and hold me accountable. I can not believe how fortunate I was when I met Tiffany. She has done for me what I never would have done for myself. I started working with her over three years ago and have not stopped, something I could never have imagined myself doing. Not only does she keep me disciplined with my exercises but also holds me accountable for my diet, ensuring that I get the most out of my workouts. She challenges me, motivates me and encourages me on those days we all have when we don’t feel like we are making progress. But perhaps more than anything, Tiffany is fun to be with. I truly enjoy our time together. And because of that I am healthier, stronger and in better health than I have ever been. While there are always ups and downs with any fitness program, Tiffany has helped me get healthier and reach my overall fitness goals. She is truly a professional, excellent at what she does and a good friend.

My wife and I have already been a fit couple, challenging each other, always wanting to be the best version of ourselves. Then things quickly came to a halt due to the local closures of gym from the pandemic. My wife and I quickly realized how difficult it would be to stay consistent with our lifestyle at home. Then after seeing Tiffany’s challenge on Instagram we were hesitant joining. We didn’t know how it would work, but we are very happy to say we did and not only participated in one of them but two challenges.
